Indicated for patients with distinct features of systemic scleroderma/sclerosis (SSc). For a more comprehensive panel that includes U3 RNP (fibrillarin), PM/Scl-100, and U1RNP, refer to Systemic Sclerosis, Comprehensive Panel (3000480).

Specimen Required
Serum Separator Tube (SST).
Separate from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer 3 mL serum to an ARUP Standard Transport Tube. (Min: 0.25 mL)
Refrigerated.
Contaminated, hemolyzed, or severely lipemic specimens.
Ambient: 48 hours; Refrigerated: 2 weeks; Frozen: 1 year (avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles)
